`Mamihlapinatapai` hitza, Suaren lurraldeko uharteetako [Yagan hizkuntzako](https://eu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yagan_hizkuntza) hitz bat da. Berezitasun bat du, izan ere, Guiness munduko errekorren liburuan azaltzen da. Munduko hitzik laburrena da. Hau da, gutxirekin gehien esaten duena. Itzultzen oso zaila omen da, baina ni, itzultzailea ez naizen arren, [gaztelerako Wikipediatik](https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mamihlapinatapai) itzultzen saiatuko naiz:
> Bi pertsonaren arteko begirada, bakoitzak espero duenean besteak biek nahi duten ekintza bat hastea, baina inor hastera animatzen ez denean.
2022ko otsailaren 16an hil zen, 93 urterekin, [Cristina Calderón](https://eu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cristina_Calder%C3%B3n). Hau izan da Yagan hizkuntzak izan duen azken hiztuna. Bere ahizpa Ursula 2003an hil zenetik, ez zuen norekin hizkuntza horretan hitz egin. Ezin zion inori mamihlapinatapai esan, berarengandik kilometro batzuetara Emelinda Acuñak ere hitz egiten zuen arren. Edonola ere, Emelinda 2012an zendu zen eta, 2022 arte, Cristina izan zen hiztun bakarra.
